8. MiniLingo (Mobile App)
MiniLingo is an educational app for children (preschool and early elementary) developed by SonitaSV.
Information collected by the app
MiniLingo may store the following data locally on the user’s device only:
- Optional player name (if entered by the user or parent)
- Game score, badges, and learning progress
- Selected avatar
MiniLingo does not require account creation or sign-in.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect or store on our servers:
- Children’s personal identifiers
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or microphone recordings
- Payment information
Ads and data sharing
MiniLingo does not show ads and does not sell personal data. We do not share app usage data with third parties for marketing.
Text-to-speech (“Listen” feature)
When users tap Listen, the word is spoken using the device’s built-in text-to-speech system. SonitaSV does not operate a separate speech server for this feature.
Data deletion
Users can remove local app data by uninstalling MiniLingo or clearing app data in device settings.
Parental notice
MiniLingo is designed for children. Parents/guardians can review and delete local app data at any time using device settings.
